Helen’s approach is grounded as much in lived experience as professional training.

Having worked with elite athletes, including Olympians, she understands the demands high performance places on the body. Equally, her own journey through multiple knee operations, rehabilitation, pregnancy-related weight gain and personal loss has shaped the way she supports clients facing both physical and emotional challenges.

Her focus is not quick fixes or extremes, but helping people rebuild confidence, strength and long-term wellbeing in a realistic, sustainable and supportive way.
